Position Summary:

The Department of Political Science at Arkansas State University invites applications for a teaching and research Post-Doctoral Fellow, beginning Fall 2026 and lasting the 2026-22027 academic year. This position is open with respect to any aspect of public administration and policy research (comparative perspectives are openly considered), although candidates whose teaching interests include public management, grant writing, or human resources are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates who have a strong theoretical and empirical background with the ability to publish high quality research are preferred.
