  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and success.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Chinese Mandarin Instructor.
  • Strong knowledge of the subject matter and curriculum standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students of diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
