Position:

Part-Time Mandarin TeacherSchedule:

2 -3 days per week

Pay:

$25-$30/hour

Requirements:

Previous teaching experience, preferably with elementary or middle school students Native or highly proficient Mandarin speaker with clear and standard pronunciation Genuinely enjoys working with children and is patient, caring, and responsible Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive and organized classroom Able to engage students and make Mandarin learning fun and effective Able to prepare lessons and provide age-appropriate learning activities Responsible for monitoring students' participation, learning progress, and classroom behavior Reliable, punctual, and professional Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

Teach Mandarin Chinese through speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary, and age-appropriate activities Prepare and deliver engaging lessons based on students' levels Encourage students to actively participate and use Mandarin in class Maintain a respectful, structured, and supportive classroom environment Communicate with the school regarding students' learning and progress If you are an experienced Mandarin teacher who loves working with children and enjoys creating an engaging learning environment, we would love to hear from you!
