We teach adult students through private and small-group Spanish lessons in a friendly and supportive learning environment. We welcome both experienced teachers and people who are newer to teaching and eager to develop their skills. For us, work ethic, reliability, willingness to learn, and the desire to grow are just as important as previous teaching experience. Responsibilities Teach engaging Spanish lessons to adult learners. Work with students from beginner through advanced levels. Help students develop speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and conversational skills. Follow SLC's curriculum while adapting lessons to individual student needs. Create a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment. Prepare for lessons and maintain dependable communication and attendance. Participate in training and continue developing as a teacher. Qualifications Strong Spanish-language proficiency. English proficiency sufficient to communicate clearly with students. Previous teaching experience is welcome but not required. Strong work ethic and dependable attitude. Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow professionally. Patient, friendly, professional, and comfortable working with adults. Comfortable teaching private and small-group lessons.
