Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Education Spanish Teacher to inspire young learners in their language development journey. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and curiosity. Utilize classroom management strategies to maintain organization and ensure safety during activities, transitions, and outdoor play. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support each child's individual developmental needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, milestones, and ways to reinforce learning at home. Incorporate child development principles into daily routines, emphasizing social-emotional growth, physical activity—including basic physical education—and overall well-being. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare centers or preschools. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices related to early education. Experience developing curriculum content that integrates literacy education, math fundamentals, and physical activity. Familiarity with special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support diverse learners. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; knowledge of mandated reporting laws is essential. Classroom experience demonstrating effective classroom management and behavior management skills. Ability to plan engaging lessons aligned with preschool teaching standards while fostering a love for language learning. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment is a plus. Experience working in private schools or daycare environments is preferred; bilingual abilities are advantageous but not mandatory.
