You will introduce students to the Spanish language and Hispanic cultures. You will also help create a classroom environment that reflects our Catholic values and mission.

Key Responsibilities Teach Spanish Classes:

Plan and lead engaging lessons in basic Spanish vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, and speaking for middle school students.

Integrate Faith:

Support the Catholic identity of the school by modeling Christian values, respect, and kindness in the classroom.

Assess Student Progress:

Create quizzes, tests, and projects to track learning, and grade assignments on time. Manage the

Share student progress, successes, and concerns with families and school leaders.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field.

Certification:

State teaching certification or working toward certification (World Languages preferred).

Language Skills:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Faith & Values:

Active member of a Catholic parish (preferred) or a strong commitment to supporting Catholic school teachings and Christian morals.

Experience:

Previous experience teaching children or teenagers is a plus.

Pay:

$160.00 - $175.00 per day
