This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about community health, caregiver education, and supporting the growing Chinese-speaking population within New York's home care industry. Two years of Home Care Experience is Required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct HHA/PCA training and orientation programs in compliance with NYS Department of Health (DOH) regulations
• Teach and evaluate trainees in both classroom and skills training settings
• Maintain accurate training records and competency evaluations
• Participate in annual aide competency assessments and in-service education
• Collaborate with Bestcare clinical leadership and training staff
• Support the growth of Bestcare's Chinese-speaking caregiver workforce Qualifications
• Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Minimum 1 year home care experience required
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred; Cantonese/Fuzhou dialects are a plus)
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Passion for serving the Chinese-speaking community Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in caregiver training, orientation, or staff education
• Experience with HHA/PCA supervision
• Familiarity with NYS DOH home care regulations
