Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and track student progress. Adapt instructional methods through instructional modifications to support students with disabilities or unique learning needs. Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages active participation and respect among students. Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, student assessment data analysis, and curriculum development to ensure consistency and high-quality instruction. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, progress, and behavioral updates to promote a supportive home-school connection. Requirements Proven classroom teaching experience in elementary or middle school settings, with a focus on language instruction. Demonstrated ability to work with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math integration, and classroom management strategies. Experience using LMS platforms, learning technology tools, and implementing standardized testing procedures. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and administrative staff. Bachelor's degree in Education, Language Teaching, or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
