What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education Active Tennessee teaching certification/license with ESL endorsement Spanish-speaking required Open to varying levels of experience Flexible, collaborative, and comfortable with co-teaching and shifting assignments

What You'll Do:

Plan and deliver individual and group ESL instruction tailored to student needs Provide rigorous instruction aligned with Tennessee standards to accelerate English language acquisition Maintain accurate student records in accordance with district and state requirements Administer ELPA21 assessments and assist with TCAP testing as needed Attend IEP and 504 meetings for qualifying students alongside special education staff Serve as a liaison between families and schools regarding cultural and language-related matters Monitor student progress and advocate for participation in school programs and activities Participate in staff development opportunities to strengthen instructional practices
