Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for Arabic language and Islamic studies, incorporating modern learning technology and instructional modifications as needed Create a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, discipline, and active student engagement through effective classroom management techniques Assess student performance regularly using formative and summative assessments, analyzing data to tailor instruction and support individual learning needs Incorporate literacy education, math integration, music activities, and other interdisciplinary approaches to enrich the learning experience Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior management strategies, and ways to support learning at home Collaborate with fellow teachers on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and school-wide initiatives to enhance educational outcomes Utilize LMS (Learning Management Systems) for lesson planning, assignments, assessments, and tracking student progress while ensuring compliance with educational regulations Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse cultural backgrounds, learning styles, including special education needs or students with disabilities Experience Proven classroom teaching experience in elementary or middle school settings with a focus on Arabic language or Islamic studies Strong understanding of childhood development principles and effective behavior management techniques Experience working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds and those with special educational needs or disabilities Familiarity with curriculum development, implementation strategies, standardized testing procedures, and educational compliance standards Skilled in using learning technology tools such as LMS platforms for instructional delivery and student data analysis Background in literacy education, math instruction, music teaching, tutoring or private school experience is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for engaging students effectively as well as collaborating with colleagues and parents Join us to make a meaningful impact by nurturing young minds through dynamic teaching practices that celebrate cultural heritage while fostering academic excellence.
