Diversity & Inclusion Department Management Marketing Job Purpose:
Adjunct faculty in the Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Business Law areas to instruct one or more on-campus courses as needed.
Essential Duties:
Adjunct faculty to teach a specified course(s); prepare course materials; provide support and guidance to students; and report grades. This position is not a remote/hybrid position. It is located on campus in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Immigration sponsorship will not be offered for this position.
Additional Skills Required:
Minimum Education Requirements:
Masters Degree in Business Administration or related majors
Preferred Education:
ABD, Ph.D., or DBA in business administration or related majors
Minimum Job Experience Requirements:
Successful candidates should be AACSB-qualified based on our schools standards. Faculty must maintain currency and relevance by engaging in at least six professional engagement activities every six years on a rolling basis. Professional activities include events such as consulting, participation in professional associations, and active service on boards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous teaching experience, significant work in the fields of management, marketing, entrepreneurship, or business law, and willingness to be flexible in class scheduling.

This pooled position will serve as an electronic file and replace receiving paper CVs. As openings occur, we will draw candidates from this pool until May 2027.
