This sport is included in the Spring 2026 season, with the stipend being paid at the conclusion of the season. Job Description /

JOB SUMMARY
Knowledge of fundamentals and coaching techniques; ability to motivate student; work with parents and community; organizational and leadership skills; and commitment to development of sportsmanship in players and coaches.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma, CPR certificate, First Aid Certificate, Tuberculosis Test (negative results) and a valid Class C California Driver's License. Activity Supervisor Clearance Certificate (ASCC). CIF Certificate required for HHS level coaches. HUSD Fingerprint Live Scan and subsequent receipt of Department of Justice clearance required post offer/pre-employment.

Qualified candidates should also possess strong communication and organization skills. They must demonstrate knowledge of the skills and strategies of the sport as it pertains to interscholastic athletics in California.
