Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Muay Thai and Boxing Coach to inspire and develop athletes of all skill levels. In this role, you will lead dynamic training sessions, teach martial arts techniques, and foster a positive environment that encourages growth, discipline, and confidence. Your expertise will help clients achieve their fitness goals while promoting safety and proper technique. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your passion for martial arts and sports coaching with a diverse community of learners. Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging Muay Thai and boxing training programs tailored to individual skill levels and goals Teach proper techniques, form, and safety procedures for striking arts, ensuring injury prevention through correct practice Motivate clients to push their limits while maintaining a fun, supportive atmosphere Monitor participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust training plans accordingly Enforce safety protocols including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and injury management during sessions Communicate effectively with clients regarding their development, schedules, and safety concerns Collaborate with other sports coaches and staff to create comprehensive fitness programs that incorporate martial arts principles Qualifications Proven experience in Muay Thai, boxing. Demonstrated ability to teach physical education and sports-specific training instruction Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of students and clients Experience working with children or youth in a coaching or childcare setting Knowledge of health club operations, gym equipment use, and sports team management Certifications in first aid, CPR, operation, and child safety are highly desirable Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a positive learning environment Join us if you're passionate about martial arts coaching and eager to make a lasting impact on your clients' fitness journeys!
