Coaches will lead an assigned team of children ages 3-12. Galaxy Sports provides all equipment, weekly practice plans, and training. Seven-Week Commitment Required You will coach the same team throughout the season and must be available every scheduled Saturday for all seven weeks. Children and families depend on having a consistent coach. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to the entire season. Responsibilities Coach the same assigned flag football team throughout the season Lead organized, age-appropriate practices and games Teach flag football fundamentals using Galaxy Sports practice plans Teach proper passing, catching, route running, defense, and flag pulling Keep every child active, involved, and encouraged Promote teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship Communicate professionally with parents and staff Arrive on time and assist with equipment setup and breakdown Maintain a positive, energetic, and safe environment Requirements Available every Saturday for the entire seven-week season Football or flag football playing or coaching experience Comfortable leading children ages 3-12 Energetic, dependable, patient, and professional Reliable transportation to FAU Jupiter Able to run, demonstrate drills, throw passes, and remain active Must pass a Level 2 background check Coaching experience preferred, but training is provided

Pay:
