Responsibilities:

• Instruct and lead basic gymnastics/tumbling classes for ages 2-12 years old
• Carrying out lesson plans that are engaging and age-appropriate
• Provide guidance and support to students to help them develop their skills and reach their goals
• Ensure the safety of all participants during classes and activities
• Monitor and manage student behavior to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians as needed

Schedule Options:

• 2 days/shifts per week (option to add more)
• Block Scheduling (January-May; June-August; September-December
• assigned consistent weekly schedule during each block; flexibility to change schedule at each new block period

Shifts Available:

Monday through Thursday 4:00-8:00pm, Saturdays 9:00a-12:00p

Requirements:

• Experience working with children (in a teaching or coaching capacity preferred)
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, other staff members and parents/guardians as needed
• Willing to train, learn and master our gymnastics curriculum
• Ability to teach proper techniques and skills in a safe manner
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies to effectively handle challenging situations
• Ability to pass a background check We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
