(ASSISTANT COACH)
Qualifications
Valid Iowa coaching endorsement or authorization
Demonstrated personal and moral character that contributes to the best interest of the safety and welfare of the student/athlete
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education find appropriate and acceptable
Job Goal:
To provide maximum learning opportunities for all participants and to provide each student with opportunities for obtaining the knowledge, experience, and skills necessary to become a positive contributor to the program. To help each participating student achieve an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship, and an increased level of self-esteem. Treat all participants, coaches, and staff in the program with respect and dignity.
