What You'll Do You'll be at the heart of the action, connecting with kids, parents, and teammates every day. Whether leading a group or helping plan programs, your energy and enthusiasm will shape every experience. Lead or assist with youth sports programs that keep kids smiling, moving, and growing Turn lessons into lasting memories using Skyhawks' fun, easy-to-follow curriculum Create a positive, inclusive environment where every kid feels seen and supported Communicate with parents and families — keeping them excited and engaged Bring the team together! Help mentor other coaches, share ideas, and build camaraderie Keep programs organized and safe so everyone can focus on the fun Who You Are Must be 17 years of age or older. We're looking for natural leaders who bring people together — the kind of person who thrives on collaboration, creates positive energy, and inspires confidence in kids and teammates alike. You're someone who: Naturally connects with people and lifts others up Brings energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to every situation Loves working with kids and seeing them succeed Is reliable, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever needed Enjoys leading, motivating, and inspiring others Has some experience with coaching, teaching, or leading groups (bonus, not required!)
