POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT HEAD MEN'S & WOMEN'S SOCCER COACH LINCOLN TRAIL COLLEGE

ROBINSON, IL DESCRIPTION
The Head Men's & Women's Soccer Coach is a full-time position responsible for supervising all aspects of the men's and women's soccer programs in accordance with NJCAA and College rules. Responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling team competition and travel, conducting practices, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, fundraising, teaching and maintaining good public relations with the community. In accordance with the IECC Athletics Staffing Model, the position is structured with approximately 70% of assigned duties devoted to coaching and athletics operations and 30% devoted to institutional responsibilities that support the mission and operational needs of the College.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Preference will be given to applicants with college coaching experience. The position requires excellent public relations, fund raising, organization, and interpersonal skills.
WAGES:
Based upon $51,827.70 - $59,601.86 per fiscal year, based upon education and experience. Benefits include, but are not limited: medical, dental, and life insurance; paid sick leave, vacation, and personal days; and participation in State Universities Retirement System.
