Job Description

Mt Vernon Premier Aquatics is looking for knowledgeable, passionate and dedicated individuals to join our coaching team. Our club is committed to developing swimmers of all ages and abilities while fostering a positive, competitive, and team oriented environment. We strive to help athletes reach their full potential both in and out of the pool through quality coaching, strong mentorship, and a focus on long term athlete development. Responsibilities include:

Programming assigned group in accordance with team guidelines Ensuring practices are recorded and shared with head coaches Conducting Teamwide test sets and evaluations Maintain safety on the pool deck and recognize potential hazards immediately Attend all swim meets to coach, support, and cheer for the athletes Maintain Current certifications in Lifeguarding, Adult/Pediatric CPR, First Aid, and AED. Maintain USA Swimming credentials and be compliant with all USA swimming safe sport policies and procedures

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour
