Job Description:

• Develop, supervise, and actively administrate the Greenfield-Central Cheer program.
• Provide instruction, plan, and coordinate practices during the season, during the school year out of season (to include the limited contact periods) and during the summer.
• Work with the Principal and Athletic Department in developing the competition and practice schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Perform all administrative duties as assigned by the Varsity Head Coach and the GCHS administration.
• Maintain knowldege of the sport, coaching techniques and follow the rules of the governing cheer associations.
• Assist in overseeing the security, maintenance and improvement of the cheer facilities and equipment.
• Assist in the yearly evaluations of all aspects of the cheer program.

Job Qualifications:

• Successful coaching experience at the high school level is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate the ability to successfully lead and work with the student-athletes, parents, fellow coaches, administration and community.
