Essential Responsibilities Coaching and Training to include: Develop and implement training programs; conducting practices and training sessions; analyzing athletes' performances and providing feedback; developing game strategies and playbooks; monitoring the physical and mental condition of athletes.

Recruitment to include:

scouting and evaluating potential student-athletes; communicating with high school coaches and athletes; organizing and conducting campus visits for recruits; coordinating recruiting trips and attending high school games and tournaments. Mentorship and Student-Athlete Support to include: Provide academic support and ensuring athletes maintain eligibility; offering personal and career advice; supporting athletes' overall well-being and development. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

Experience:

Two (2) years of experience as a coach at the club, high school, or college level or a former student-athlete at the high school or college level.
