Compensation:

Job Responsibilities As a Runner2Runner Coach, you will attend scheduled coaching curriculum calls to stay aligned with the organization's framework and deliver practices using the Runner2Runner curriculum. You will implement age-appropriate practice plans (provided by Runner2Runner), adapting as needed to support athlete development while fostering teamwork, confidence, and personal growth. Responsibilities include maintaining safety and professionalism throughout the program, engaging families by sharing updates and organizing end-of-program celebrations, and collaborating with the coaching team to refine program delivery. Additionally, you will ensure clear communication, complete administrative tasks like attendance tracking, and participate in ongoing training to enhance your coaching skills and uphold Runner2Runner's mission.
