Starting Salary:

This is a stipend position. Assistant Coach will be placed within the salary range based upon experience and credentials.

Description:

The coach shall be responsible for assisting the head coach in planning, managing and directing the entire 9-12 Cross Country program. Specific shall include, but are not limited to the following tasks: Coaching the varsity Cross Country team. Assisting the head coach in managing all aspects of the program including practicing, competing, providing off-season improvement opportunities to include strength and conditioning and full usage of contact days Marketing and promoting the Cross Country program. Coaching, guiding, and providing feedback to student athletes. Managing a fiscally sound budget. Monitoring class schedules, grades and student-athlete academic progress, and intervening where appropriate. The Maysville R-I School District is an equal opportunity employer.
