Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Preschool Level Gymnastics Coach to inspire young children through engaging gymnastics activities. In this role, you will create a safe, fun, and educational environment where preschoolers can develop their motor skills, coordination, and confidence. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a love for physical activity while ensuring each child's safety and enjoyment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the early athletic experiences of young learners and promote healthy habits from a young age. Duties Lead preschool gymnastics classes with lively, age-appropriate instruction that encourages participation and enjoyment Design creative lesson plans that incorporate fundamental gymnastics skills, balance, coordination, and basic tumbling techniques Ensure a safe environment by supervising children closely and adhering to safety protocols at all times Use positive behavior management strategies to foster good conduct and cooperation among young students Communicate progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians about their child's development and achievements Maintain equipment safety checks and ensure the cleanliness of the gym area before and after classes Skills Prior experience in sports coaching, teaching, or childcare with a focus on early childhood development. Ability to demonstrate simple gymnastics skills is a positive Knowledge of gymnastics fundamentals suitable for preschool-aged children Experience with behavior management techniques to maintain a positive class environment Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Join us in creating a vibrant space where preschoolers can develop their physical abilities while having fun!
