Phoenix Gymnastics Training Center is looking for energetic, reliable, and positive Recreational Gymnastics Coaches to join our coaching staff. Recreational coaches work with students of different ages and skill levels, teaching the progressions needed to safely learn gymnastics skills. We are looking for coaches who can create a fun, encouraging, and structured class environment where children feel motivated, supported, and excited to keep learning. Gymnastics experience is ideal, but not required. Cheer or dance experience is also beneficial. Regular training will be provided for coaches to help them learn our class structure, progressions, spotting, and coaching expectations.

Responsibilities include:

Coaching recreational gymnastics classes Teaching skill progressions in a safe and age-appropriate way Providing corrections and encouragement to gymnasts as needed Creating a fun, positive, and motivating class experience Helping students build strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, and body awareness Encouraging gymnasts with high fives, positive feedback, and excitement for their progress Showing patience with students as they learn new skills Identifying students who may be ready to move into a higher-level class or team program Maintaining a safe and organized class environment Representing the values of Phoenix Gymnastics Training Center with professionalism and enthusiasm Ideal candidate will have: Evening availability, especially between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM Gymnastics, cheer, or dance experience, or a willingness to learn Reliability and dependability Patience and a positive attitude The ability to work well with children Strong communication skills A fun, encouraging coaching style Passion for helping kids learn, grow, and feel proud of themselves Phoenix Gymnastics Training Center is looking for coaches who want to make a difference in the lives of children. We want our students to feel inspired, motivated, and excited to come to class each week while learning gymnastics in a safe and positive environment.

Pay:

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour
