Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct soccer training sessions for players of various ages and skill levels
• Teach fundamental soccer skills, techniques, and strategies
• Develop and implement practice drills and game strategies
• Provide guidance and feedback to players to help them improve their performance
• Organize and supervise team practices, games, and tournaments
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play among players
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding player progress and team updates

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in physical education, sports coaching, or related field
• Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with students of all ages
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate players
• CPR/AED certification is preferred but not required
• Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is a plus Please note that lifeguarding, swimming, climbing, judo, cheerleading are not directly relevant to the position of Soccer Coach.
