What You'll Do:

Teach swimmers of all ages, from infants through adults, using the urSwim curriculum Create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment Build positive relationships with swimmers and their families Communicate swimmer progress and celebrate milestones Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe teaching environment Address concerns professionally and communicate with the team when issues arise Preferred Qualifications Swim instruction, coaching, competitive swimming or teaching experience is a plus—but not required Lifeguard certification or aquatic experience is a plus Reliable transportation Ability to work evenings and/or weekends At urSwim, we're looking for more than instructors, we're looking for people who want to make a difference. Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
