Job Description
Job Overview HoopTech is seeking an experienced basketball coach/trainer and program-growth professional to help lead and expand our girls basketball programming. This role combines on-court player development, athlete and family relationships, community outreach, enrollment growth, and program marketing. We strongly value candidates who can serve as positive, credible mentors for young female athletes and help increase the visibility and participation of girls throughout the HoopTech pathway.
Recommended qualifications:
College playing and/or coaching experience Experience developing girls or women's basketball players Strong on-court teaching and communication skills Marketing, social media, community outreach, or sales experience Ability to convert inquiries, evaluations, and events into registrations Existing relationships with schools, coaches, clubs, and basketball families Willingness to represent HoopTech at community and recruiting events Join us as we build impactful programs that inspire young girls to reach their full potential through basketball!
