Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Gymnastics Coach to inspire and develop athletes of all ages and skill levels. Responsibilities Coach various classes and skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes Coach proper techniques for vault, bars, beam, and floor. Monitor athlete progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and adjust training plans accordingly Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety guidelines, supervising equipment use, and conducting routine safety checks Foster a positive team atmosphere by encouraging sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork among participants Requirements Knowledge of the sport Prior experience preferred but willing to train. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with athletes and staff.
