Recreational Gymnastics Coach Joel Baba's School of Gymnastics Levittown, PA Job Details Part-time From $15 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Gymnastics Full Job Description Position Overview Joel Baba's Gymnastics is looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and positive individuals to join our coaching staff as Recreational Gymnastics Coaches . This is a great opportunity for someone who loves gymnastics and enjoys working with children in a fun, supportive environment. Previous coaching experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right candidate! Responsibilities Lead recreational gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels. Teach foundational gymnastics skills, drills, shapes, and progressions. Assist athletes in developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Maintain a safe, organized, and positive class environment. Follow all safety procedures and coaching guidelines. Actively engage with athletes throughout the entire class. Encourage athletes and provide constructive feedback. Properly set up, use, and reset gymnastics equipment. Communicate professionally with coaches, staff, and families. Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.

Training & Growth New coaches will receive training and guidance from our experienced coaching staff. Entry-level coaches will have opportunities to shadow experienced coaches, learn how to structure and teach classes, develop lesson plans, and progress toward coaching more advanced classes as their experience grows..
