Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Volleyball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and experience working with students of various ages. This role involves not only teaching the fundamentals of volleyball but also fostering a positive and encouraging environment for all participants. The Volleyball Coach will be responsible for developing training programs, leading practices, and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship among athletes. Duties Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to the skill levels of participants. Conduct regular practices focusing on skill development, teamwork, and game strategy. Monitor athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance. Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, discipline, and sportsmanship. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote overall athletic development within the program. Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in volleyball or related sports such as basketball. Background in teaching or working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable.

Job Types:

$22.50 - $25.00 per hour
