Your mission is simple:

Make every studio and every sales representative in your region better. You will oversee approximately 9 locations and take ownership of execution and performance across your region. What You'll DoLead From the Field Most of your work happens inside our studios.

You'll:

Observe real customer consultations Coach representatives between customers Role-play sales conversations Improve objection handling and closing skills Correct bad habits immediately Train new hires hands-on Coach Studio Managers Review sales performance Audit studio standards Travel between locations Solve problems in real time You're not visiting studios just to check in. You're there to create measurable improvement. Own Regional Performance You'll conduct structured performance reviews across your locations each week. Beginning of Week Establish targets and priorities Review staffing Identify opportunities and vulnerabilities Create an action plan Midweek Review progress toward goals Identify performance gaps Determine what needs to change immediately End of Week Review results Recognize top performers Identify performance issues Evaluate what worked Create improvements for the following week We don't want someone who explains on Friday why the region missed its goal. We want someone who sees the miss developing on Wednesday and takes action. Build High-Performing Salespeople You'll play a hands-on role in developing new hires and improving existing representatives. Tuesday — Remote Onboarding Meet new hires Set expectations Prepare them for field training Wednesday

+ Thursday — Hands-On Training Role-play Consultation flow Objection handling Sales process Customer experience Repetition and coaching Friday

+ Strong Coaching We're not looking for someone who simply demands results. You must know how to develop people while maintaining high standards. You'll need to know when to: Push Teach Demonstrate Listen Correct Recognize improvement You should be comfortable having difficult conversations while still maintaining strong relationships with your team. Discipline

+ Energy

+ Accountability

You'll evaluate: Studio cleanliness Professional appearance Required certificates and materials Equipment readiness Customer experience Sales-process adherence Overall studio standards If something is wrong: See it. Address it. Follow up. Your job isn't complete because you identified the problem. Your job is complete when the standard is restored. This Role May Be a Great Fit If You... Move with urgency Have strong personal discipline Have a high work capacity Enjoy staying busy Perform well with measurable goals Work independently without constant supervision Remain composed under pressure Are competitive and results-driven Enjoy working with salespeople and customers Enjoy developing people Are comfortable giving direct feedback Are comfortable receiving feedback Adapt quickly to changing priorities Are comfortable traveling frequently Are comfortable working Saturdays Follow through consistently Take ownership without being asked Can coach the same skill repeatedly while maintaining high standards Bring the same energy and standards to the last studio of the day as you do to the first This Role May Not Be for You If You... Need constant direction Want a traditional Monday-Friday office schedule Prefer to work remotely most of the week Prefer strategy over hands-on execution Want to manage primarily through dashboards Dislike changing priorities Don't enjoy frequent travel Avoid difficult conversations View accountability as micromanagement Don't like being measured Don't enjoy sales coaching Prefer to delegate hands-on work Believe visiting a location is the same as developing it Believe your responsibility ends after communicating an expectation There are plenty of traditional Territory Manager positions. This isn't one of them. This is a role for someone who wants to build a region. How You'll Be Measured Your performance scorecard will include: Regional sales performance Weekly goal attainment Rep performance improvement Sales-process adherence New-hire readiness New-hire retention Studio operational standards Manager development Coaching completion Follow-through on performance plans The ultimate question is: Is your region better because you're in it? That's the standard.
