Head Coach - Youth Soccer & Development Full-Time | $50,000/year + Quarterly Performance Bonus KidsUnited is looking for an exceptional Head Coach to lead our coaching program and help shape the experience of hundreds of young players and families. This is a full-time leadership position for someone with a high-level soccer background, an incredible ability to connect with young children, and the personality and leadership skills to inspire both players and coaches. KidsUnited provides soccer development for children ages 1.5-9. Our program progresses from early movement and foundational soccer skills through more advanced technical development. Our approach emphasizes skill development, confidence, coordination, teamwork and a love of the game. We want every child to be challenged at their level, make meaningful progress and leave the pitch excited to come back.

Who We're Looking For:

You played soccer at the collegiate level or above You have strong technical soccer knowledge and can confidently coach and demonstrate skills at multiple developmental levels You have an engaging, energetic personality and a natural ability to connect with young children You can make a 2-year-old's first soccer experience incredible while also bringing credibility and technical instruction to our more advanced players You're confident communicating with parents and building strong relationships with families You're a leader who can coach, mentor and hold a team to a high standard You're dependable, professional and take ownership of the quality of the program You're looking for a long-term career opportunity with room to grow We're looking for a unique combination: a strong soccer background and someone who is exceptional with young children. The Role As Head Coach, you'll lead the quality and development of our soccer program and coaching team. You'll coach across multiple age and skill levels, develop and mentor coaches, ensure consistent execution of our curriculum, build strong relationships with families, and work alongside club leadership to continually elevate the player and member experience. You'll also play an important role in player development, member engagement and retention, and the continued growth of the club. Compensation & Growth $50,000 annual base salary + quarterly performance bonus Quarterly bonuses are tied to club membership performance.
