Recreational Gymnastics Coach
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic coach to join our team at Extreme Texas! The right candidates will have prior knowledge of gymnastics and coaching experience. This position will involve assisting with and coaching a variety of recreational gymnastics groups from beginner through to advanced classes. Shifts start weekday afternoons at 3:45 and typically end at 8pm. Coaches must be able to achieve outstanding results with a very positive and uplifting demeanor. Our program focuses on training children to become great people on the journey to becoming great athletes. We are seeking someone who will encourage growth in children beyond the scope of the gym while still achieving progress in skill. This is not a short term job. You will be bonding with gymnasts who will come to rely on you. We are looking for candidates who are looking to stick with the position for a duration of approximately a year or more.
Responsibilities:
- Come prepared, having read the lesson plan for the week, to each class.
- Arrive on time, promptly 15 minutes prior to your first class.
- Abide by the time off policy. Children thrive under consistency, we are looking for someone who is passionate about showing up for their gymnasts.

Pay:
$12.00- $17.
