Job Expectations:
Teach USAG level 1-6 skills and routines Build long lasting relationships with families, and exceed parent expectations. We treat our members like family. Attend meets, and other performances team is involved in Implementing of staff training and miscellaneous projects around the gym. Utilize/create lesson plans for all gymnastics and acrobatic classes Be part of a progressive minded management team to ensure growth and health of the business.
Requirements:
Must be able to physically lift/spot children. Must be able to read and follow a lesson plan. Must be a positive individual, with a passion for children and high energy. A background in competitive gymnastics is preferred but personality and commitment is our number 1 priority. Hours based upon seasonal schedule. Must be able to teach a minimum of 12 hours per week and do 3-5 hours of management per week. $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
