Our work is rooted in connection, co-regulation, and neuroscience-informed strategies—helping clients move beyond surface-level symptoms to create meaningful, lasting change in how they function and perform. We're growing—and we're looking for a part-time Movement & Performance Coach who wants to grow with us. Our Movement & Performance Coach is a people-focused role where your presence, energy, and consistency matter. In this role, you will: Work one-on-one with children and adults through structured, movement-based programs Follow a proven coaching system (we provide training) Track progress and communicate with the team Create a consistent, positive experience for every client You'll do well in this role if you are: Reliable

Schedule:
Weekday evening shifts required (primary need) No weekends or holidays Consistent schedule expected to support client progress
Background/Experience:
We're primarily looking for someone who is coachable, reliable, and comfortable working with people.
Candidates must have:
High school diploma or equivalent and Reliable transportation Strong candidates often come from backgrounds such as: Personal training or strength & conditioning Athletic coaching (youth, high school, or collegiate) Physical therapy or occupational therapy settings Kinesiology, exercise science, or related fields Education or working with children/teens Behavioral or developmental support roles Wellness, rehabilitation, or movement-based practices
NOTE:
Specific experience is helpful but NOT required if you're highly coachable and motivated to learn.
