Movement & Performance Coach (Part-Time to Full-time)
Locations:
Green Bay, WI (as needed in Neenah, WI)
Job Type:
Part-time Compensation:
Base hourly pay plus bonus per session ( Starting around $30/hour )
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 1:00 PM - 7:00

Green Bay, WI About Us Integrated Sensory is a trauma-informed, holistic coaching center supporting individuals of all ages in achieving sensory, emotional, and neurological integration. Our methods are rooted in connection, co-regulation, and neuroscience-informed strategies. As a movement and performance coach , you'll work one-on-one with clients to help them thrive through personalized, movement-based, and sensory-informed activities. Integrated Sensory is hiring a confident, grounded Sensory Coach to work with children, teens, and athletes using our specialized Sensory Coaching Method. Many successful coaches in this role come from backgrounds in athletics, fitness, martial arts, or youth coaching and enjoy leading structured movement sessions that build focus, coordination, and resilience Our work includes: Primitive Reflex Integration Trauma-informed movement Fascia-based bodywork Structured sensory and nervous system training Ideal backgrounds include: Personal training Martial arts / Jiu Jitsu Strength & conditioning Youth coaching Military or first responder Wellness or movement-based professions Key Responsibilities Deliver 1-on-1 sensory coaching sessions customized to individual client needs Support children and adults with high sensory needs in a calm, compassionate manner Collaborate with the Lead Coach to adjust plans and track progress Maintain accurate session notes, charts, and front office paperwork Uphold professionalism, privacy, and ethical standards Be available for weekday evening shifts (no weekends or holidays required) Contribute to a clean, welcoming coaching environment Embody or be open to learning a holistic and brain-based approach to behavior and development Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children or individuals with sensory/behavioral needs (in education, childcare, coaching, or similar) Must complete required Sensory Coaching training in Green Bay, WI Excellent communication, regulation, and collaboration skills Reliable transportation to/from sessions Organized, detail-oriented, and punctual Respect for confidentiality and trauma-informed practices Training & Development Paid, hands-on training provided in Green Bay Minimum 2 weeks of onboarding , including observation, shadowing, and applied coaching Ongoing mentorship and coaching provided throughout employment Ideal Candidate In a season of life that allows for consistent weekday afternoon and evening availability Brings energy, focus, and adaptability to each session without frequent scheduling conflicts 1-3 years post-school or training , looking to grow within a purpose-driven role Has experience working with kids (daycare, nannying, coaching, camp counseling, etc.) and loved it Emotionally grounded and eager to learn holistic, brain-based coaching models Not looking for seasonal, transitional, or temporary work—this is a role to grow into over time How to Apply Please send your resume and your availability to interview to: Include a short paragraph on why you're interested in this opportunity.
