Alabama A&M University invites applications for adjunct teaching positions. These positions are part-time, non-tenured positions. Previous teaching is preferred. •This is an online applicant pool in the event that Alabama A&M University should have a future opening in the below areas•. The Department of Visual, Performing and Communication Arts is seeking adjuncts in the following areas: Communications Media and Communications Media seeking adjuncts in the following areas: Production Operations Examples of Duties The Department of Visual, Performing and Communication Arts is seeking adjuncts in the following areas: Communications Media and Communications Media seeking adjuncts in the following areas: Production Operations Typical Qualifications Minimum Position Requirements (including certifications, licenses, etc.): Minimum requirements include a Master's degree (MA, MFA, Ph.D., or similar degree requirements, with 18 graduate semester hours in Mass Communications, Communications, or Theatre. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Studio Production Cameras, Consumer professional cameras: Sony, Canon, Panasonic, JVC, and DSLRs. Scriptwriting and storytelling will be emphasized.
