This includes adjunct faculty support, record-keeping, and data analysis. In addition, this position provides support for online higher education at Andrews University. We seek an individual who will dedicate their skills and talents to daily operations, improving support, process, and procedures, and maintaining detailed records. There may be times that duties performed may be of sensitive and confidential nature, thus the utmost confidentiality will be expected and required. Customers come and go, receiving assistance from multiple team members. Multiple meetings with customers may occur in a semi-open space at the same time. The Center of Digital Learning and Instructional Technology is a fast-paced, collaborative work environment. We have both on-site and remote workers integrated into a close-knit community. We are always learning from each other, sharing ideas, giving feedback, and celebrating successes.
