Job Description

This is how you
WOW:
Own and execute the learning, instructional design, and operational documentation strategy for Supply Chain. Create SOPs, work instructions, user guides, job aids, assessments, and e-learning resources for warehouse operations and broader supply chain functions. Establish and maintain a centralized, searchable Supply Chain document library with strict version control, governance, and audit readiness. Directly supervise, coach, and manage the workload of the Operational Documentation & Compliance Specialist. Measure training effectiveness, document compliance, and partner with process owners to support operational change management. It would be WOW if you would bring this in: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Communication, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in instructional design, technical documentation, learning strategy, and document control. Experience supporting warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, demand planning, or manufacturing functions. Familiarity with SharePoint, document management systems, LMS tools, SAP, or Körber WMS. Proven leadership capabilities, adult learning expertise, and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or controlled document environments. Our Kärcher

Noise levels are consistent with forklift traffic; high noise levels require proper protective equipment[cite: 1, 2]. Protective equipment, including safety glasses and earplugs, are provided. Reimbursement up to $115 is provided for steel-toed, non-slip safety shoes. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit in front of a computer for many hours a day, stand, walk, reach, and occasionally climb. Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking required. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
