Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Early Childhood Trainer / Coach dedicated to elevating early childhood education through innovative training and coaching. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive professional development programs tailored for educators working with young children. Your expertise will empower teachers and caregivers to implement best practices, foster engaging learning environments, and enhance curriculum delivery. You will utilize advanced learning technologies and instructional design principles to create impactful content that supports continuous improvement in early childhood settings. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of early education by inspiring educators and strengthening classroom leadership. Responsibilities Develop and facilitate engaging training sessions for early childhood educators, focusing on curriculum development, instructional leadership, and classroom management. Utilize ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model to create effective instructional materials aligned with adult learning principles. Design and implement online courses using LMS platforms such as Blackboard or similar systems, incorporating SCORM packages and multimedia content for interactive learning experiences. Apply instructional design techniques to develop content that enhances teacher coaching, professional development facilitation, and classroom instruction. Conduct teacher coaching sessions to support implementation of new strategies, curriculum standards, and technology integration in early childhood classrooms. Manage projects related to training initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals through effective project management practices. Use presentation skills and technical proficiency in Adobe Captivate or equivalent tools to produce high-quality instructional content for diverse audiences. Collaborate with educational teams to evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, continuously refining course design for maximum impact. Stay current with learning technology trends and best practices in adult education to enhance program offerings and instructional quality. Experience Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or teacher training within early childhood education settings. Demonstrated ability to facilitate professional development workshops for educators in schools or similar environments. Strong classroom experience working directly with young children and familiarity with early childhood developmental standards. Proficiency with LMS platforms such as Blackboard or Moodle; experience with SCORM-compliant content is preferred. Skilled in using Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning authoring tools for course content creation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and engagingly to adult learners. Knowledge of adult education principles, instructional leadership in education, and learning technology applications.
