Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with educators to enhance instructional practices and support curriculum implementation. Provide guidance and resources to staff to ensure high-quality educational experiences for children. Assist in the management of daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the office. Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to promote continuous growth. Maintain effective communication with parents and staff to foster a positive learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a management role within an educational setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Education or a related field. Experience in early childhood education or related administrative roles.
