Curriculum Coordinator
Job Description

We're seeking a Curriculum Coordinator to help coordinate the development of industry-leading technical training solutions. In this role, you'll help manage curriculum projects from initial planning through completion, coordinate activities across multiple departments, track project schedules and priorities, and help ensure curriculum projects are delivered on time and meet Amatrol's quality standards. What You'll Do Coordinate curriculum development projects from planning through completion. Track project progress, schedules, resources, and key milestones. Collaborate across departments, including Engineering, Digital Systems, Manufacturing, Production, Shipping, Field Services, and Curriculum. Serve as a primary liaison between Curriculum and Engineering on priorities, schedules, specifications, and training needs. Provide project status updates and support project prioritization with Curriculum leadership. Coordinate curriculum updates related to hardware, software, and product changes. Ensure curriculum teams have the resources, equipment, and testing support needed to meet project goals. Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance communication, workflow, and project efficiency. Maintain project documentation, reports, and curriculum tracking records. Assist with onboarding and training of new Curriculum team members. What You'll Bring - Required Qualifications 2+ years of technical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software tools. Strong project coordination, prioritization, and time-management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and drive tasks to completion. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Fluency in English. - Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating technical, engineering, product development, or curriculum projects. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, training, or educational environments. Familiarity with project management systems and cross-functional teams. Experience with technical documentation or curriculum development. Leadership experience in a team lead, project lead, or supervisory role.
