Job Description

Ignite a passion for literacy and make a measurable difference in the lives of young learners as a dedicated Reading Specialist supporting K-12 students in a dynamic school community near Plymouth, MA. This full-time, contract opportunity allows you to focus your expertise on a manageable caseload of 27 students, providing individualized interventions and collaborating closely with educators and families. Youll enjoy a stimulating and supportive environment that values innovation in reading instruction and empowers specialists to tailor strategies to diverse learning needs. As a trusted resource for both students and staff, your guidance will help unlock every students potential and support their journey toward lifelong literacy.
Qualifications:
Valid MA Reading Specialist certification Experience working with K-12 students in school settings Deep understanding of diagnostic reading assessments and intervention methodologies Strong communication and collaboration skills A passion for fostering literacy development across a range of ages and abilities
Responsibilities:
