Job Summary Sanbridge Early Learning Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Specialist to oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Frog Street Curriculum across all classrooms. The Curriculum Specialist will work closely with teachers and leadership to ensure curriculum fidelity, provide instructional coaching, support classroom best practices, and promote high-quality learning experiences for children from infancy through preschool. The ideal candidate is an experienced early childhood educator with strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills. Responsibilities Lead the implementation of the Frog Street Curriculum while ensuring alignment with state early learning standards and licensing requirements. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and instructional support to teachers to strengthen classroom instruction and child outcomes at each center. Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to support continuous professional growth. Plan and facilitate professional development sessions focused on curriculum implementation, classroom management, child development, and best practices in early childhood education. Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities that support all domains of learning. Monitor curriculum effectiveness through classroom assessments, teacher feedback, child progress data, and program evaluations. Support teachers in implementing differentiated instruction to meet the diverse developmental needs of all children. Ensure classrooms maintain high-quality learning environments that reflect Frog Street curriculum expectations. Assist with selecting, organizing, and maintaining curriculum materials and classroom resources. Partner with families by supporting communication regarding curriculum goals, children's learning experiences, and school initiatives. Stay current on research, state regulations, and best practices in early childhood education to recommend program improvements. Collaborate with the Center Director and leadership team to maintain program quality and support accreditation or quality improvement initiatives, as applicable. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with experience implementing the Frog Street Curriculum preferred. Strong knowledge of child development, developmentally appropriate practices (DAP), and early learning standards. Experience providing instructional coaching, teacher mentoring, or professional development. Excellent classroom observation, assessment, and feedback skills. Strong organizational and project coordination abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience using child assessment and documentation tools. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with teachers, children, and families. Commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and child-centered learning environment. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), as required by state licensing regulations. Preferred Qualifications Experience training educators on Frog Street implementation. Knowledge of state Quality Rating and Improvement Systems (QRIS), licensing regulations, and accreditation standards. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
