Job DescriptionThe Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects.

This internship will support the Specialty, Pharma, and Infectious Diseases Global Scientific Training team in the Center for Scientific Exchange Excellence. The intern will assist with various projects to support scientific training development as assigned, including but not limited to video chaptering, transcript creation, AI-based summarization, and slide deck development. This role offers hands-on experience in the creation of training for the Medical Affairs (Value & Implementation) audience, as well as digital training content management.

Internship duration: 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in segmenting and chaptering training videos for easier navigationCreate accurate transcripts of video contentUtilize AI tools to generate concise summaries of scientific materials and learning reinforcement questionsDevelop and enhance slide decks to support training presentationsCollaborate with team members to ensure timely project completionManage SharePoint training sites

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Required Experience and Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsMicrosoft Office, Clip Champ and Stream proficiencyPreferred Experience and skills:

Experience using generative AIProject management experienceHealthcare professional degree students (PharmD, MD, NP, PA, etc.) and/or PhD candidatesPlease note that this position may be closed before the posted end date or may remain open longer, at the discretion of the company.

Salary range:
