Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Reading Specialist certification or equivalent state credential Previous experience working as a Reading Specialist, ideally in a school environment Strong background in current literacy instruction, assessment, and intervention techniques Capability to tailor reading programs to meet diverse student needs Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills Passion for fostering a love of reading and supporting student development
