This role is vital in fostering a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in early childhood education, administration, and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences. As an Educational Coordinator, you will oversee curriculum development which is currently in place, provide staff supervision, compliance with educational regulations, and strategic planning to support the growth and success of our daycare community. Your energetic approach will inspire staff, engage families, and promote childhood development excellence. Duties Help develop and implement innovative, age-appropriate curricula aligned with early childhood education standards and best practices Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, growth, and community engagement Supervise and evaluate teaching staff and support personnel to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of care Facilitate ongoing professional development sessions for staff on topics such as childhood development, classroom management, legal compliance, and instructional leadership Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education and daycare operations Oversee school administrative functions including enrollment processes, record keeping, and communication with families Lead fundraising efforts to support program improvements and facility enhancements Promote a positive environment that encourages teamwork among staff and active engagement with children and families Requirements Proven experience in early childhood education with a strong background in classroom teaching at the K-12 or preschool level Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance regulations Management experience in school or daycare settings with personnel supervision responsibilities Strong skills in strategic planning, fundraising, and managing educational programs as an executive education administrator Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking, team leadership, and community outreach Experience facilitating professional development in educational settings Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work culture Passion for early childhood education with a focus on creating enriching learning experiences for young children Join us in shaping the future by providing exceptional early childhood education!
