We customize curriculum, teaching approaches, class schedules, and even instructional locations to optimize each student's learning journey and ensure exceptional educational outcomes. We are seeking a full-time floater to assist as break relief for our current teachers. This role is crucial for supporting an organized and productive work environment. Durning periods where break relief are not needed, this position will also assist with site support as needed. This position is in Woodinville, WA, reports to The Site Director. Key Responsibilities Providing break relief for teachers Assisting teacher with students during teacher breaks Site support as assigned Other responsibilities, projects and tasks assigned. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children Qualifications Experience with office administrative procedures. (Preferred) Experience in a K-12 education setting as a teacher or administrative role (Preferred) Attributes for Success Initiative-taking and trustworthy. Positive can-do attitude. Compensation, Benefits, Work Schedule Full time hours starting at 30 hours per week with the opportunity to increase to 40 hours. Compensation rage is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour dependent upon previous work expereinces. Eligible to take part in health and welfare benefit plans including 401K with employer match, full medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off, and professional development. Work schedule, Monday through Friday, 5 days in-office.
