Who We're Looking For We're seeking passionate, professional dance educators who love working with children and are excited to be part of a collaborative team. Whether your expertise is in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Acro, Preschool Dance, or Competitive Dance, we're looking for instructors who are committed to continual growth and excellence. The ideal candidate is someone who: Loves teaching children and helping them grow. Is dependable, organized, and professional. Creates positive, engaging classroom experiences. Welcomes feedback and is always looking to improve. Enjoys working as part of a supportive team. Is willing to teach the ages and levels where their strengths best serve our students and studio. What You'll Do As a CADA instructor, you'll: Teach engaging, age-appropriate dance classes. Build meaningful relationships with students and families. Help students develop strong technique, confidence, and a love for dance. Prepare students for performances and studio events. Collaborate with fellow instructors and Program Leads. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Help maintain the positive, encouraging culture that sets CADA apart. Qualifications Preferred qualifications include:
Previous dance teaching experience Strong technical training in one or more dance styles Experience working with children Excellent classroom management skills Professional communication and organizational skills Passion for continual learning and personal growth Certifications such as Acrobatic Arts, PBT, RAD, ABT, mUvMethod, Pilates, or similar are a plus, but not required.
